Dear Client:
Thank you for choosing my Veterinary practice over the past decade. It has been your trust that paved the way to a successful Bay area practice. Also, Kudos to your pets for their willingness to be treated without complaining.
Regrettably the time has come for me to announce plans to retire. My plan is to retreat slowly by assuming the role of "online consult" through email and cell phone contact. Your pets issues will be evaluated from history and referred for proper diagnosis and treatment. There would be occasional home visit for euthanasia if requested.
